My aim is to respond to you within 24 hours so that we can arrange your appointment.

If you do not hear back within 48 hours, please check your emails spam folder / junk file before submitting another request.



Payments

All payments are due at the time of booking your appointment.
Once you have enquired about an appointment date and time, BACS details will then be text to you.

Please we aware that you are not 'booked in' until payment has been made. Due to this, please make payment as soon as you are able in order to avoid loosing your scheduled appointment . Your appointment will be held open for 24 hours from the time agreed.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice. If you choose to cancel and give less than 24 hours notice, an administration charge of £25 may be deducted from the fee to cover the eventuality of it being too late to reallocate your appointment.
My aim is to offer you an appointment within 7-10 days where ever possible. It is often the case that I will be able to offer you an appointment earlier.

If you are in crisis and feel that urgent help is needed, please contact your medical professional.
Appointments are carried out by Zoom video calling. Please make sure that you have a good internet signal and connection for your appointment. Once your appointment has been booked and paid for I will then send you a link for your appointment.

If you would prefer an alternative video call source such as WhatsApp, please let me know.

When you have fully booked an appointment, a form will be sent out to you. Please fill it out and return it at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Booking Requirements

Each booking is reserved for one individual client.

Payment
Upon agreeing to an appointment time BACS details will be text to you.
Your appointment slot will be reserved for 24 hours to allow time for payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be reallocated.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
To cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
If we are able to reallocate your appointment, your full fee will be refunded.
If we are unable to reallocate your appointment, your fee will be refunded minus a £25 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Booking Policy at any time. Any revisions will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
