A Mindful Living Mentor serves as a supportive, non-judgmental partner who guides clients in clarifying their values, vision, and obstacles while developing actionable plans for positive change.
Through active listening and powerful questioning, I guide clients into gaining clarity about their priorities and motivations. My aim is to get to the nitty gritty of what is hiding in the shadows that is preventing you from realising your dreams. I help assist in setting realistic and measurable goals, providing tools and strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles. Mindful Living Mentoring encompasses various areas such as career development, relationships, health, personal growth, and overall life satisfaction as well as spiritual growth and identifying and achieving your destined life path.
Unlike therapy, Mindful Living Mentoring mainly focuses on the present and future, emphasising personal growth and self-awareness. It encourages clients to take responsibility for their choices and actions, fostering empowerment and accountability.
